Hi, I’m Liz! A Kansas City native, passionate about the people and places in this city.
I began my real estate career in new construction as the primary listing agent for The Villas at Tiffany Woods, a maintenance-provided development in the Northland. In 2014, we started out with 73 lots to sell and sold out with more interested buyers than lots available!
After selling new homes, I’m extremely familiar with the building process and have an eye for what makes a quality home. Through this experience, I was able to talk with thousands of prospective buyers about what it is they’re looking for in this competitive real estate market. I know where the demand is, current market trends, and how to tap into what is happening in the Kansas City real estate market.
With an educational background in communication and marketing, I understand that most problems in real estate transactions (and relationships in general!) arise due to lack of communication. That’s why I love finding ways to communicate more effectively with clients and market their homes in unique ways that will attract prospective buyers. You can be sure that I’ll communicate with you through every step of your real estate transaction so you are always in the loop.
Most importantly, people are more than a transaction to me; they are THE reason I do my job!
